Project feasibilities and business plans - manage all financial and legal due diligence in relation to initial investment and bank funding requirements  - company administration, banking, financial reporting, statutory returns, statutory reporting and all other accounting services - engage and appoint all professional consultants - oversee the discharge of all planning conditions - secure where possible further planning consent to enhance the development through optimisation of the building to include building design, efficiency, layout and aesthetics - manage a robust and detailed procurement process to secure best value throughout the development process – value engineering - manage all appointments and to procure the relevant insurances and warranties - detail monthly reporting to investors/funding providers – project management - development budget management and control - costs control - marketing strategy and sale reporting – tender review, appointment and management of all contractors/subcontractors - ensure appropriate levels of collateral warranties are obtained -  maintain the necessary CDM and H&S requirement - monthly valuations and detailed paperwork to secure monthly drawdown from Investor/Funder facilities - manage all marketing, sales strategy and the sales process together with the appointment of third party sales agents, registering for HTB, plus all aspects of conveyancing on sales of completed units
