Platinum Surrey Homes was established in 2007 and combines property development, land acquisition, and design and build delivery to provide a complete end-to-end service.
We work with landowners, private clients, and partner organisations, to identify and deliver residential and mixed use schemes that complement their surroundings and meet modern living requirements.
What sets us apart is our integration of development insight with delivery experience. From early site appraisal and planning strategy through to construction, procurement, and project completion, our senior leadership team remain actively involved in every stage — ensuring clarity of communication, strong control of risk, and dependable delivery.

Jan Hendrik Munnik MRCIS
Director
Jan leads project feasibilities, contract procurement and management, subcontractor procurement, cost control and compliance. Jan applies practical delivery expertise to both development and construction management roles.
Jan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In 2007 he
obtained a Magister degree in Property & Land Development Management.
Mike Oberholzer ACA CA(SA)
Director
Mike oversees financial management, funding arrangements, business planning, and reporting, ensuring commercial rigour supports every project from acquisition through delivery.
Mike is a Chartered Accountant, registered with both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
