Platinum Surrey Homes was established in 2007, and our experienced team has proudly built several individually designed homes in South London and Surrey.
We cater to first-time buyers, existing homeowners, and investors. Our unique developments meet the demands of modern living whilst ensuring to complement its surroundings and be in keeping with the existing community. By combining traditional construction methods with the latest technology and specifications we strive to create beautifully finished homes that will stand the test of time.

Jan Hendrik Munnik MRCIS
Director
Jan is responsible for project feasibilities, contract procurement and management, contractors’ appointments and management,
cost control, budgeting, and compliance.
Jan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In 2007 he
obtained a Magister degree in Property & Land Development Management.
Mike Oberholzer ACA CA(SA)
Director
Mike is responsible for finance management and control, raising of external funding, project due diligence, compilation and delivery of business plans and strategy, and reporting.
Mike is a Chartered Accountant, registered with both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
